Vatanix Technologies Private Limited is hiring a Finance Manager to lead our Finance & Accounts function.

Description

We are looking for a seasoned finance professional with deep expertise in accounting management, financial reporting, and compliance — ideally from an IT Services, IT Hardware & Networking, or Technology company background. This is a key leadership role based out of Trichy.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations of the organisation.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and periodic accounts.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, income tax, and ROC filings.
• Handle internal and external audits and liaise with auditors.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and working capital management.
• Drive cost optimisation and identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for credit facilities and loans.
• Support management with data-driven financial insights and recommendations.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in coordination with HR.
• Implement and maintain robust internal financial controls and processes.
• Manage vendor payments, customer billing, and reconciliation processes.

What You Bring

Qualifications & Skills

CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com with strong accounting background

5–12 years of experience in finance and accounting management roles

Experience in IT Services / IT Hardware & Networking / Infrastructure / Technology companies (preferred)

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance

Proficient in Tally, ERP systems, MS Excel & financial reporting tools

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
